Bid & Project Controller
You are responsible for preparing, budgeting, forecasting and analysing all costs associated with our bids. Simply put, you oversee the entire process. This is not always easy! Your work starts in the bid phase and ends when the warranty period is over. One success factor in your role is your ability to listen. It enables you to meet the needs of the organization at any time.
Legal Counsel
As a Legal Counsel, you and your team provide advice on a wide range of legal and compliance issues. You identify legal and contractual risks and know everything about the agreements we enter into – you draw them up, negotiate the conditions, and you structure, manage and monitor them. Not a sentence is skipped, not a paragraph is left to chance.
Human Resources Business Partner
For an HR Business Partner, no day is the same. Our organization is constantly changing, and you help us guide that process in the right direction. You are able to switch effortlessly between the interests and needs of the organization, employees and managers. Thinking out-of-the-box and contributing to cultural changes within the organization is an excellent fit for you and is the key to success.
