On the 7th of Februari 2025 we organised our very first Open Day for Software Engineers. And it was a success! 50 engineers visited our location in Hengelo and it was a full packed program with lots of great talks.

Software engineering at Thales
The Thales software engineers are at the forefront of designing and developing sophisticated algorithms for radar data processing, contributing to state-of-the-art radar technologies that are used in military applications. They work on innovative solutions in a multidisciplinary and self-managing agile/scrum team. In addition to developing software products, the team works on requirements analyses, designs, architecture, testing and validation plus demonstration of products.
Everything we devise, we make using our expertise about the latest techniques and methods – and based on your good ideas, of course.
